The Dagupan City Water District (DCWD) joined a meeting with the Commission on Audit (COA) on December 9, 2025, held at the Board of Directors Room, DCWD Executive Building in Tambac, to formally bid farewell to outgoing Audit Team Leader IV, Ms. Julie Agnes Honsayco, and welcome the incoming Audit Team Leader IV, Ms. Airiz Ocampo.
The activity was led by Mrs. Cristina M. Lopez, OIC-Supervising Auditor, together with the members of Audit Team IV: Ms. Airiz Ocampo, Mr. Christian Anthony Falioga and Ms. Joedirose Urbano.
DCWD, headed by General Manager Gretchen Buena, attended the gathering along with other Local Water Districts under the same audit team, including Lingayen Water District’s GM Jowelito S. Gonzales, Dasol Water District’s GM Ernest B. Cristobal, Alaminos City Water District’s GM Michelle S. Segundera, Binmaley Water District’s GM Louella A. Cano, Bugallon Water District’s GM Aldrin Z. Aquino, and Bani Water District GM Rafael Lorenzo Navata.
The event was filled with mixed emotions as participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Honsayco for her dedicated service, while extending a warm welcome to Ms. Ocampo. DCWD and the rest of the Water Districts conveyed their hopes for an equally fruitful and successful audit year ahead under the new leadership.
