Dagupan City Water District (DCWD), led by General Manager Gretchen G. Buena, together with Construction and Maintenance Division Manager Renato N. Mundo and Water/Sewerage Maintenance Foreman Ronnie C. Salayog, recently conducted site inspections of completed and ongoing water infrastructure projects implemented by DCWD and its Joint Venture partner, Pamana Water Corporation (PAMANA).
Among the projects inspected were the completed relocation of the perimeter fence at the Sitio Dumurog Pumping Station in Lucao, the drilling of a new production well in Barangay Lasip Grande, the completed installation of an additional fire hydrant and pipelaying works along Tondaligan in Bonuan Gueset, and the ongoing pipelaying activities in Barangay Bolosan.
The activity forms part of DCWDβs continuing monitoring and inspection efforts to ensure that Joint Venture projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards for water supply reliability. Guided by the DCWD Board of Directors headed by Chairperson Arlene Sanchez, which plays a vital role in project oversight and governance, DCWD remains committed to ensuring the timely and proper implementation of infrastructure projects that will sustain sufficient, quality, and reliable water service for the people of Dagupan City.
