The Dagupan City Water District (DCWD), under the leadership of General Manager Gretchen G. Buena, joined the Commission on Audit (COA) Entrance Conference held yesterday. The COA Audit Team is composed of Julie Agnes M. Honsayco – Audit Team Leader, Anthony Christian G. Failoga – Audit Team Member, Joedirose F. Urbano – Audit Team Leader, Ghie Mike Valencia – COA Staff, Jenine Isha Bedonia – COA Staff, Sunny Mallo – COA Staff, and Camille Estrada – COA Staff. Also present during the activity were other Water Districts under a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA), including Binmaley Water District led by GM Louella A. Cano, Bugallon Water District headed by GM Aldrin Z. Aquino, and Lingayen Water District led by GM Joewelito S. Gonzales. The conference served as an avenue to discuss the audit objectives, scope, and various COA issuances in preparation for the conduct of the Calendar Year 2025 audit. The event emphasized transparency, accountability, and cooperation among the participating Water Districts and the COA Audit Team.
