The DCWD-PAMANA Joint Venture (JV) project continues to make strides in addressing water supply needs in Barangay Carael, one of Dagupan City’s Island Barangays.
As of February 28, the drilling of the production well is in progress, with backfilling and rig drilling already in place. This initiative aims to enhance water accessibility in Barangay Carael and nearby areas, ensuring a more stable and sufficient supply for residents.
The DCWD-PAMANA partnership underscores a commitment to sustainable water solutions, addressing the growing demand in the city’s island communities. The project is expected to significantly improve water distribution and quality upon completion.
