The Dagupan City Water District (DCWD) turned up the energy and the hydration at the Fun Run and Zumba-For-A-Cause held last September 7, 2025, in celebration of the 125th Anniversary of the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
The event was spearheaded by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Dagupan City, under the trailblazing leadership of Mayor Belen Fernandez, in support of CSC Eastern Pangasinan, headed by Director Rex Ami.
DCWD joined the action not just to run or dance, but to quench the thirst of thousands of participants, generously donating drinking water and assisting on-site to keep spirits high and hydration levels higher.
This effort was made possible through the steadfast backing of the DCWD Board of Directors, led by Chairperson Arlene Sanchez, and the active leadership of General Manager Gretchen Buena, showing that public service can be as refreshing as a cold drink after a 3K, 5K and 10K!
