In celebration of Customer Appreciation Day on October 28, 2025, the Dagupan City Water District (DCWD) expressed its heartfelt gratitude to its valued concessionaires through a simple yet meaningful gesture — the distribution of free customized mugs.
This initiative, conducted under the agency’s Gender and Development (GAD) Program, was fully supported by the Board of Directors led by Chairperson Arlene Sanchez. The activity aimed to recognize the continued trust and loyalty of DCWD’s customers who play a vital role in the agency’s service journey.
The DCWD workforce, headed by General Manager Gretchen G. Buena, warmly greeted customers with smiles as they handed out the mugs, creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere at the office.
