In solidarity with the nationwide advocacy, Dagupan City Water District (DCWD) and Pamana Water Corporation (PAMANA) took part in the simultaneous ceremonial lighting in observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October.
Through this initiative, we not only shine a light of hope but also reaffirm our commitment to raising awareness, fostering support, and promoting early detection in the fight against breast cancer. Together, we light the way for strength, courage, and healing.
