The Dagupan City Water District (DCWD)–PAMANA Joint Venture has completed drilling a new production well in Barangay Carael, Dagupan City, and is now conducting a 72-hour pump test to assess its performance.
Early results are promising, with a steady flow indicating a strong and reliable water source for the island barangay.
This project has been a key objective of the Joint Venture since its inception on December 16, 2020, as it ensures the delivery of quality and sufficient water supply to the community.
The new well is the third drilled under the Joint Venture and increases the total number of active wells serving Dagupan City to 25.
