AFFECTED AREAS: HERRERO-PEREZ (FROM GLORY AUTO SUPPLY SIDE, BACK OF SM DAGUPAN TO HERRERO-PEREZ FOUNTAIN)

REASON: TO IMPROVE THE WATER SUPPLY TO THE AFFECTED AREA BY ADDRESSING THE DISCOVERED UNDERGROUND LEAKS AROUND THE PLACE.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN: TO CONDUCT LEAK REPAIR AND INTERCONNECTION AT HERRERO-PEREZ
