To begin your application, you have two convenient options available:
- Visit PAMANA Water – Dagupan office located at Tambac from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Apply online by visiting https://bit.ly/pamanaserviceapplication or scanning the QR Code provided in the attached image using your smartphone.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION OF NEW SERVICE CONNECTION?
LOT OWNERS / PRIVATE PROPERTY OCCUPANTS:
- Cedula
- Ordinance 165
- Tax Declaration & Latest Real Property Tax Receipt
*Additional (Notarized Affidavit or Special Power of Attorney (heir/administrator) and photocopy of ID of the affiant with three specimen signatures) for private occupants.

- Barangay Clearance
- Electric Bill
- Notarized Deed of Undertaking

WHAT ARE THE WATER RATES FOR RESIDENTIAL/GOVERNMENT/COMMERCIAL AND BULK SALES CLASSIFICATION?
Customers can obtain the water rate list in the PACD area from either the main office of Pamana Water Dagupan or by reaching out to any of our dedicated personnel at the New Service Connection & Customer Service Division.
HOW DO I APPLY/RENEW MY SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT? WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
To apply for a senior citizen discount, please ensure that you have the following documents ready:
- Valid senior citizen identification
- Barangay certificate as proof residency
Additionally, please note the following conditions:
- The account must be registered under the senior citizen’s applicant in order to avail of the 5% discount for up to 30 cubic meters of consumption.
- If the applicant is acting as a representative of the senior citizen, the following documents are required:
- An authorization letter signed by the senior citizen;
- The senior citizen’s identification;
- The representative’s identification
Lastly, please keep in mind that renewal of the senior citizen discount should be done within the year after its expiration.

For complaints, requests and other water-related concerns, customers need to visit the Pamana Water Dagupan Main Office, Facebook Page or call through our official hotline. The customer is required to provide precise account details, including account numbers, location, and any other pertinent information essential for the efficient resolution of their requests and complaints.
