AFFECTED AREAS: MH Del Pilar (Carried Lumber to DBP) PNR Site

REASON: To sustain the normal water supply to the affected areas by repairing the discovered defective gate valve at MH Del Pilar

ACTION TO BE TAKEN: Interconnection and replacement of defective isolation gate valve
