Laughter echoed, spirits soared, and bonds grew stronger as the Dagupan City Water District (DCWD) held its much-anticipated Team-Building Activity under the Gender and Development (GAD) Program last July 4-5, 2025.
Fully supported by the DCWD Board of Directors, led by the ever-energetic Chairperson Arlene G. Sanchez, and under the dynamic leadership of General Manager Gretchen G. Buena, the activity brought employees together for a day of fun, unity, and motivation.
The program was a vibrant blend of games, challenges, and team-bonding activities designed to boost morale and strengthen camaraderie among employees. The creative minds behind the event — Mr. Michael A. Fabe, OIC-Cash Management Division Manager, and Ms. Golda Maria E. Mejia, Cashier B — made sure every moment was packed with laughter and energy.
From exciting relay races to hilarious group dynamics, the event showcased the power of teamwork and positivity in the workplace. Employees cheered each other on, broke barriers, and celebrated wins big and small — proving that when united, the DCWD team is unstoppable.
More than just a day of games, the team-building activity reinforced the agency’s commitment to a gender-responsive and people-centered workplace. With continued support from its dedicated leaders, DCWD moves forward not only as a provider of reliable water service but also as a strong and empowered workforce — steadfast in service, and stronger together.
