In the spirit of gratitude and recognition, the recent Parangal Pasasalamat 2024 ceremony illuminated the importance of dedication and loyalty within the Dagupan City Water District on October 7, 2024.
This special event, held in celebration of the 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary as mandated by CSC MC No. 08, S. 2024, brought together employees from all corners of the DCWD to honor those who have rendered 10, 15, and 20 or more years of exemplary service such as MR. MICHAEL A. FABE (15 years) and MR. ALEX B. GALVAN (15 years), as well as the former General Manager RIZALDY T. MANDAP who retired after 18 years.
