In adherence to their commitment to transparency, accountability, and service excellence, the Dagupan City Water District (DCWD) and Pamana Water Corporation (PAMANA WATER) conducted their annual performance review on December 12, 2023.
The event took place at the Board Room located in the DCWD New Administrative Building, Tambac, Dagupan City. Led by the dynamic General Manager (GM) Rizaldy T. Mandap, the DCWD team, including members of the Contract Monitoring Unit (CMU), collaborated with the PAMANA WATER delegation, headed by Chief Operating Officer (COO) Roberto M. Umali, Jr., and his dedicated staff.
The annual performance review serve as a pivotal component of the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) between DCWD and PAMANA WATER. This thorough evaluation allows both entities to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality water services to the residents of Dagupan City. During the comprehensive session, the parties engaged in a meticulous examination of PAMANA WATER’s performance against the Service Obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in the JVA.
