This March, DCWD proudly joins the nation in celebrating National Women’s Month with the theme: “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas.”
More than just a commemoration, this year’s observance reinforces the commitment to women’s empowerment, gender equality, and inclusive opportunities which are values enshrined in RA 9710, the Magna Carta of Women.
As a service-driven organization, DCWD continues to champion gender equality by implementing programs that uplift and support women across all sectors in accordance with DCWD’s mandate to provide sufficient and quality water supply in Dagupan City. This celebration is a powerful reminder that when women rise, communities thrive.
